Who is APPEL INC. ?
- It is a private nonprofit corporation.
- Authorized by the Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec .
- Grew out of the need to ensure that every child finds a home and that
parents can experience the happiness of having a child.
OBJECTIVES
• Find a home for abandoned children.
• Representing parents wishing to adopt a child through Colombia

• Facilitate the steps necessary to meet the requirements for
international adoption.
